By creating an account or using Form4Fan (“the Service”, accessible at form4fan.com), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Form4Fan you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Form4Fan offers paid subscriptions and one-time passes. All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Current pricing:
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled before the renewal date. One-time passes do not renew.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paystack, which handles billing, payment card data, and applicable taxes on our behalf. Your card statement may show “PAYSTACK”. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content, not to impersonate others, and not to misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload or stream and represent that they own or have the rights to distribute it. Form4Fan may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Form4Fan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
